The Authentic Boxing and Kickboxing Workout
"The Ultimate Workout in Full Body Conditioning and Endurance!"

Not many forms of exercise can rival the road work and conditioning process of both an authentic boxing and kickboxing workout program (not to be confused with aerobic and fitness programs). Because boxing and kickboxing are full contact forms of fighting, this places a much greater emphasis on peak conditioning than most other sports. Not to mention, most other sports don't require full contact kicks and or punches to the head! Even if you don't spar, or have to be worried about getting hit, most boxing or kickboxing programs (often refered to as white collar boxing or kickboxing) do not require you to spar, and if they do, it is often under strict supervision, with head gear, and light contact.
Usually, only boxers and kickboxers preparing for a professional career are required to spar full contact. Considering all the medical research regarding the effects of full contact blows to the head in certain sports, one should seriously consider any program that requires contact to the head. However, just the authentic conditioning and road work of both boxing and kickboxing is more than sufficient in getting one into phenominal shape! Unlike many forms of exercise, boxing and kickboxing offers a great variety of exercises and equipment on the road to physical fitness. From the use of a jump rope, medicine ball, focus mitts, heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, footwork, shadow boxing, all timed to several minutes per round, gives one an abudance of conditioning and endurance!
In addition to conditioning and endurance, boxing and kickboxing also helps with timing, rhythm, distance, coordination, focus, and self-defense. Many of today's MMA Fighters who have won through improved stricking ability, have done so through training in boxing and or kickboxing. If you are a seasoned athlete, weekend warrior, or just looking to spice up your workout, boxing and kickboxing can be an effective and dynamic workout program on your journey to health and fitness!
